This website is run by Adam Shamiri, a sole trader trading as Taskvolve. “We” and “us” on this page mean Taskvolve. You can reach us at adam@taskvolve.com.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

Everything here is general information about what we do. It is not advice for your particular business, and you should not rely on it as if it were.

We keep the site accurate and up to date as best we can, but we do not promise that every detail is complete or current at the moment you read it.

Nothing on this site is an offer to provide services, and sending us an enquiry does not create a contract. Any work is agreed in writing before it starts: what we will build, the setup fee, the monthly retainer and what it covers, and how either side can bring it to an end.

That written agreement is what governs the work. Where it says something different from this website, the agreement wins.

You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent
• try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it
• introduce viruses or other harmful code
• send spam or automated submissions through the contact form

The words, design and logo on this site belong to Taskvolve. You are welcome to read, share links to and print pages for your own reference. Please do not copy them for use on another website or in commercial material without asking us first.

The site is free to use. We may change, suspend or take down any part of it at any time, and we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Otherwise, because the site is provided free and for general information, we are not liable for any loss arising from using it or relying on its content — including loss of profit, revenue, business or data. Liability for work we do for you is dealt with in the written agreement for that work, not here.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the bottom of this page shows when they last changed, and the version on the site when you use it is the one that applies.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute about them.
